Quick negotiations over the phone, and got a reasonable price for what we bought. Was a little different than most people would experience since we knew the vehicle, upgrades on that vehicle, so just needed something in stock that we could pick up that same day. We paid cash, so we did not deal with anyone else, just signing the forms and getting the keys.

While sales rep was great to work with, the office was super delayed in processing the payoff for the trade-in which caused a shortage in the check sent for payoff and me having to cover it. Although the dealer is working to rectify the situation, it has created an unfortunate inconvenience.

In October 2020 we made a visit to Brunswick GA. Unfortunately during the visit my 2010 Ford Edge had transmission problems. We made it to Kings Colonial Ford but were informed I would have a 6 day wait for service to look at my car.
We are traveling and had a tire start going down . We have a f 350 dualie and brought the truck to the dealer and made an appointment to get it fix , not once did they ask for the vin # to ck to see if they had a new valve stem in stock or go out and see the truck . I recently purchased a brand new 2018 5.0 STX f150. I had a great experience with regards to the purchasing process, however the service side is a different story. After putting roughly 3000 miles on my truck I started to experience a rattling, clicking, ticking noise coming from the front driver side portion of the vehicle. I have purchase my car from this dealership with salesman E.T. At first so friendly and so “helpful”.
Promised me from buying my car that they will include the floor mat in it.
I received my car no floor mat.
But that is not the issue.

Went here after driving from out of state. Was told that front brakes needed replaced. took the parts home and was told by several mechanics that the parts were fine. Kings would not refund or help. Filed dispute with credit card company, BBB and State Attorney Generals office. I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything
I can't say enough good things about Kings Colonial. First, their new store looks great! I bought a vehicle from them and out was the first time ever that a sales person (RJ) didn't constantly harass me via phone, email or text, RJ is a great guy! Their store, their staff, their process is all top notch! Of course the Ford product speaks for itself and is also amazing.

I have been researching vehicles for almost a year and have been unsuccessful locating a black, loaded sport vehicle with 4 doors at a reasonable price! I found my new 2011 Kia Optima at King's Colonial Ford online, and contacted RJ Dilts, the Internet Sales Manager. He was very honest, upfront, and answered any questions I had via email. This past weekend, my parents and I drove to Brunswick from McRae, GA and I fell in love with it and took it home! I am loving my new car 🙂
